Website Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern the public website at heliosgs.co (the “Website”), operated by Helios Global Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Helios,” “we,” “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you disagree, discontinue use. These Terms apply only to the public Website; any professional, advisory, audit, coding, or managed-services engagement requires a separately executed written agreement. In case of conflict concerning services, that signed agreement governs.
2. No Professional Advice
Website content is for general business information. It is not patient-specific medical advice or legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, financial, coding, billing, reimbursement, or compliance advice. Coding and reimbursement decisions require review of the actual record, applicable coding guidelines, payer requirements, and qualified professionals. Contacting Helios or viewing the Website does not create a professional or client relationship. Any illustrative case studies, examples, performance figures, or scenarios will be identified as hypothetical unless they are substantiated actual engagements; past results, if any, do not guarantee future outcomes.
3. Do Not Submit Patient Information
The public Website, contact form, and general inquiry email are not authorized channels for patient records, protected health information (“PHI”), electronic PHI, or other patient-identifiable information. Do not send patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, dates of service, claims, clinical documents, or screenshots containing patient details. Website use does not establish a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”). Where a prospective service requires PHI, access and transmission must be separately authorized and governed by applicable signed agreements, including a BAA when required, and client-approved secure workflows. If you believe sensitive information was submitted inadvertently, notify heliosgsops@gmail.com without repeating the sensitive content. Helios will assess, restrict access, preserve evidence where required, and handle deletion, return, reporting, or other action as applicable law and contractual obligations require; immediate deletion cannot be guaranteed.
4. Acceptable Use
You may access and reasonably print or download public content for internal evaluation of Helios, subject to applicable law and these Terms. You may not, without authorization: reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial Website content; misappropriate proprietary materials; interfere with or bypass Website security; introduce malware; scrape the Website in a manner that burdens or disrupts services (ordinary search-engine indexing and lawful access are not prohibited); submit unlawful or misleading material; impersonate another person; or infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, design, original materials, and logos are owned by Helios or licensed to it, subject to applicable law. No rights are granted beyond the limited access described here. Names and logos of other parties remain their respective owners’ property. Use of a third-party mark does not imply endorsement. Trademark ownership or registration is not asserted for any mark unless verified.
6. Submissions
You represent that you are authorized to provide the business contact information you submit. Do not include trade secrets, confidential client information, credentials, financial account details, or patient information in public forms. A submission alone does not establish an NDA or confidentiality obligation. Helios may use submitted business information to respond, evaluate potential engagements, maintain records, protect the Website, and comply with law as described in its Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you lack authority to disclose.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Website-related personal information is handled. The Website may use third-party hosting, form processing, business email, and security services. These providers may process technical and inquiry information as necessary to deliver their services. Please review our Privacy Policy, available through the Website footer, for further information.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Information may change without notice. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helios and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public Website. To the extent permitted by law, Helios’s aggregate liability for claims arising solely from public Website use will not exceed US$100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not replace liability provisions in signed client agreements.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Helios against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Helios’s own wrongful conduct.
11. Certifications
Nothing on this Website constitutes a representation that Helios holds a particular HIPAA, SOC, SOX, HITRUST, ISO, or other certification or attestation. Applicable healthcare privacy, security, audit, financial-control, record-retention, service-level, and reporting obligations for client work are defined by law and by the applicable signed MSA, SOW, BAA, or other contract. Website Terms do not replace those instruments.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Subject to applicable law and jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising solely from the Website will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Collin County, Texas, or the appropriate federal court serving that area. Any mandatory statutory rights or venue rules prevail.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms and post a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively to Website use after posting, subject to applicable law. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice where required.
14. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the agreement concerning public Website use only and do not supersede executed service agreements.
